Toyota recently refreshed the Etios range and now has introduced a dual tone variant of the hatch, the Etios Liva which was made popular among the masses by the Maruti Suzuki Brezza.

In its fifth iteration, the Etios range has garnered a decent response and has seen a growth of over 7 per cent in the last quarter of 2016. The Dual Tone Etios Liva gets contrasting roof and pillars, spoiler, black grille, chrome finished fog lamp bezels, electronically foldable ORVMs and diamond cut alloy wheels. The Dual Tone Etios Liva is available in three shades – Ultramarine Blue, Vermilion Red, Super White.

All the features from the Platinum edition have been retained and the Etios range is available with ABS and dual airbags as standard. On the inside, the centrally mounted instrument cluster is now redesigned with a piano finished dashboard and even the rear seats get detachable headrests. Mechanically, the Etios Liva remains as it was and comes with both, diesel and petrol choices.

A practical hatch, the Etios Liva goes up against the likes of Ford Figo, Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Grand i10.
