Team Evo India

December seems to be the best time for prospective car buyers to buy a new car. All the manufacturers, one after the other are announcing price hike to be implemented from January 2018. Renault has also joined the bandwagon of car manufacturers hiking prices in the country by announcing 3 per cent price hike across its entire range. The primary reason cited by the carmaker is because of increase of raw materials and shipping costs.

Renault has 4 vehicles in its line-up in the country -Duster, Kwid, Lodgy and the recently launched Captur SUV. We drove the new Captur a while ago and you can read our first drive review here. Renault’s flagship SUV, the Duster has received numerous facelifts since it was launch in 2011 in the country. The next generation Duster was also showcased at the Frankfurt motor show a couple of months ago although no details have been given of its India launch yet.
