Suzuki has taken the wraps off the new Access 125. The all-new scooter is powered by a newly developed 125cc engine, developed by lessons learnt from MotoGP. The result is a scooter with more low end grunt, ideal for quick city commutes. The Access 125 gets a larger 12 inch front tyre, Suzuki easy start system, service indicator and more.

While the Access 125 is the star of the TVS pavilion, it’s the Gixxer that gets a host of updates too. For starters, the nippy handler gets a rear disc brake on all variants to improve stopping power. It’s faired sibling, the Gixxer SF now gets fuel injection.

Fuel injection improves throttle response and reduces fuel consumption translating to a better riding experience. The Access and the Gixxer are Suzuki’s most successful offerings in India right now and updates to these lines should help the two wheeler manufacturer compete in the fast evolving segment.
