Honda has launched the Honda XL750 Transalp in India

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has launched the Honda XL750 Transalp in India and prices for the motorcycle start from ₹10.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram, Haryana). Bookings for the motorcycle are now open at Honda’s BigWing dealerships across India and customer deliveries will begin from July 2025 onwards. Read on to know more about the adventure tourer.

Honda XL750 Transalp styling

The Honda XL750 Transalp gets sleek bodywork, with the adventure tourer also getting a redesigned front end and styling cues from the Africa Twin. The Transalp gets a new headlight unit which gets dual-LED high/low unified projector lenses. You also get an aerodynamic visor. The XL750 Transalp is available in two colour options – Ross White and Graphite Black.

Honda XL750 Transalp features

In terms of equipment, the XL750 Transalp gets a 5-inch full colour TFT screen that uses optical bonding to improve visibility in bright sunlight. The motorcycle also gets Honda’s RoadSync app connectivity which enables riders to receive call and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, control music and give voice commands on the go. The motorcycle also gets an emergency stop signal feature and an automatic turn signal cancelling function.

Honda XL750 Transalp suspension and brakes

The XL750 Transalp gets spoked wheels with a 21-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel. In terms of suspension, the adventure tourer is equipped with Showa 43mm SFF-CA upside-down (USD) front forks and a rear shock operating through Pro-Link. Both the compression and the rebound damping of the suspension have been increased to improve the motorcycle's handling characteristics. Handling the braking duties are dual 310mm wave discs with hydraulic 2-piston callipers at the front, along with a single 256mm disc with 1-pot calliper at the rear, with dual-channel ABS as standard.

Honda XL750 Transalp engine

Powering the XL750 Transalp is a 755cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces 90bhp of power and 75Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. In terms of electronic aids, you get a throttle-by-wire system that allows a rider to choose between the 5 riding modes on offer – Sport, Standard, Rain, Gravel and User. You also get the Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and an assist and slipper clutch.
