Team Mahindra stays in the lead on day two of the Dakshin Dare 2018

The day two of Maruti Suzuki Dakshin Dare 2018 is over and participants are not showing any signs of fatigue whatsoever. The rally was held amidst the scenic landscape of Chitradurga, in Karnataka and here are the leg two results.

Mahindra Adventure’s top driver Gaurav Gill along with co-driver Musa Sherif finished the leg with the best timing of the day of 03:19:50(hh:mm:ss). Ending in the second place was Philippos Matthai along with co-driver PVS Moorthy who finished 6 minutes behind Gill with a timing of 03:26:03. Finishing with the third best timing was Amittrajit Ghosh along with co-driver Ashwin Naik, who clocked a time of 03:34:29.

Team Maruti Suzuki Motorsport’s Sandeep Sharma  along with co-driver Anmol Rampal in their Vitara Brezza are close behind and finished fourth with a timing of 03:35:05. The teams top drivers are envisioning a strong comeback after losing some minutes due to unfortunate tyre punctures on Day 1.
