Why all this fuss?

The incident involving the team of Gaurav Gill and Musa Sherif who had a tragic accident with locals who entered a live stage on a motorcycle shook up the motorsport community. The organisers packed up, but Gill and Musa were booked and an FIR registered under Section 304 of the IPC for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. The most recent investigation stated that it was indeed an accident. The police and government understood what the nature of accident was and changed it to 304A which is death due to negligence. Gill is currently out on bail, a sign of relief for the community.
