Update: 2026-10-23 15:30 GMT

Bajaj Auto has upgraded the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 with an Electronic Throttle Body, ride modes, traction control and a new 5-inch TFT console, and the company says it is now the most feature-loaded motorcycle in its segment. With Pulsar marking 25 years, the NS200 is clearly being nudged into a more modern era.

Bajaj Pulsar NS200 design and features

The big news sits in the cockpit. The new 5-inch TFT console replaces the old LCD unit and brings Google Maps mirroring, which means your route can sit right in front of you without a phone clamped to the handlebar. The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 also gets adjustable levers, a USB Type-C port for keeping your phone charged and a hazard switch for the moments Indian traffic demands one.

The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 keeps its perimeter frame, which is the backbone of the Naked Sports character. The hardware gets a useful upgrade, with thicker 37 mm USD front forks replacing the earlier 33 mm setup and a 130/70 R17 radial tyre at the rear. On the safety side, a Panic Brake Alert has been added

Bajaj Pulsar NS200 engine

The 199.5 cc, four-valve, liquid-cooled engine now makes 25.2 bhp, up from 24.2 bhp, and it is paired with a six-speed gearbox. The gain is small, but the real change is how the power gets delivered. ETB brings ride modes and traction control to the Bajaj Pulsar NS200, and a Sports Shifter keeps the gear changes quick. Sarang Kanade, Chief Business Officer of the Two-Wheeler Business Unit at Bajaj Auto, said performance should be defined by how confidently and intuitively a rider uses the power, and this update leans straight into the idea.
