Hyundai launches Lounge Edition Creta, Alcazar and Creta Electric
Hyundai’s SUVs get more style and features with the launch of the Lounge Editions
Hyundai Motor India Limited has introduced the all-new Lounge Edition across its Creta, Alcazar and Creta Electric SUVs, and the company claims that these SUVs have been created for customers seeking greater comfort, premiumness and exclusivity. All three SUVs now feature cosmetic tweaks to the exterior as well as an updated interior which includes a rear seat entertainment system.
Each of the Lounge Edition SUVs feature an 11.6-inch rear seat entertainment system which includes OTT content and gaming along with video streaming capabilities, phone mirroring, and the system is paired with the existing BOSE Premium Sound 8 speaker system with front central speaker and a subwoofer.
Hyundai Creta and Creta Electric Lounge Edition
The Creta Lounge Edition is based on the King trims and will be offered with the 1.5-litre nat-asp petrol engine with the iVT automatic transmission, along with the 1.5-litre diesel-auto powertrain options. The SUV gets a new Golden Bronze exterior colour scheme, with the spoiler, roof rails, C-pillar, ORVMs and the front and rear skid plates finished in black. The Lounge Edition of the Creta also gets 18-inch matte black alloy wheels. On the inside, the Creta gets the rear seat entertainment package spoken about above, interiors with silver-coloured inserts, Moonwhite ambient lighting and a new seat design pattern as well as a rear seat headrest cushion with Lounge branding. Prices for the Creta Lounge Edition range from ₹19.21 lakh to ₹20.45 lakh. The Creta Electric Lounge Edition on the other hand gets 17-inch matte black alloy wheels, a dash cam, a rear wireless charger, and is priced from ₹24.34 lakh to ₹25.22 lakh.
Hyundai Alcazar Lounge Edition
With the Alcazar Lounge Edition, the SUV gets the same exterior tweaks as the Creta, but offers additional features on the inside such as a five-seater layout, a voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, and a rear seat entertainment system. The Alcazar Lounge Edition also gets the same interior updates as the Creta, and this variant is based on the Signature variant of the Alcazar. The SUV is solely available with the 1.5-litre diesel engine mated to an automatic transmission, and the prices for the SUV range from ₹21.80 lakh to ₹21.95 lakh.
