The Rolls Royce Phantom Regatta is an unique one-of-one which is to be unveiled at 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed

Rolls-Royce has just unveiled a one-of-one Phantom. The car pays tribute to the racing yachts of the English South Coast and to the regattas they contest each summer on the Solent strait. Why the focus on this particular strait?  the only reason that they are visible right from the car-maker's next door neighbor Goodwood.

The Phantom Regatta is based on the Rolls Royce Phantom Extended, and comes with those stately and regal proportions. This one-off Phantom is finished in a two-tone exterior, with the upper body finished in Regatta Blue with the lower skirts finished in English White, applied as a hand-laid two tone treatment that mimics a yacht’s water line. The motor car sits on 22-inch fully polished disc wheels borrowed from the standard Phantom Extended.

On the inside the design has a lot of maritime cues, with the front cabin compartment being furnished in Navy Blue Leather and featuring a bespoke hand-painted Gallery artwork that spans across the length of the dashboard. The artwork is known as Watercolour and was created by a Rolls-Royce Artist in house. It was created by using specially developed paints on an open-pore wooden substrate. It mimics the waves and open water of the Solent strait.

The car also has a subtle detail, hidden from the common eye in each of the eyeball air vents. They are engraved with the geographic coordinates which are visible when they are tilted forward. The passenger side vent includes the coordinates of Goodwood House; while the driver’s side vent carries those of the Home of Rolls-Royce.

The rear suite features Grace White finishing along with Piano Milori and Royal Walnut wood hand-finished in satin. The rear suite also features picnic tables which required around 120 hours of labour. They depict the deck of a luxury yacht and each of the tables is composed of 16 ‘planks’ of Royal Walnut, cut from the same section of wood to ensure uniformity. Above the interior suite lies the signature Starlight headliner adapted to the Phantom Regatta. The design pattern consists of 1,307 hand-placed fibre optic ‘stars’ and mimics the tidal currents around the Isle of Wight.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta powertrain

Based on the 2026 Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended, it borrows the same powertrain featuring a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that can make up to 555bhp. The engine is paired to a ZF 8-speed automatic which drives the rear-wheels. The top speed sits at 155mph or 250kmph, which is electronically limited to keep the tires safe and protect the engine.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta pricing

The Rolls-Royce Phantom Extended has an ex-showroom price of approximately ₹10.48 Crore. Due to the Rolls-Royce Phantom Regatta being a one-of-one, pricing will remain highly speculative.
