Maruti Suzuki Swift and Baleno recalled for faulty brake issues

Maruti Suzuki has recalled a total 52,686 Swift and Baleno hatches for an inspection and replacement (if needed) for the faulty brake hose. The manufacturer will be calling in the cars manufactured between Dec 17, 2017 to Mar 16, 2018 under the recall through dealers starting from May 14. Maruti Suzuki will offer the replacement of the parts free of cost.

The inspection will be carried out at the service campaign that will be setup by the automaker with no cost to the owner. The owners of either of these two cars may check if their car falls into recall by putting the vin number in the following link.
