A booking can be placed on the site for the car, after which the dealer will follow up and then a salesperson will provide additional assistance in terms of financing deals, or buyback offers for the customers existing cars. Lastly, all of this correspondence can take place over email, WhatsApp or even a video call, so the customer does not have to physically have any interaction with the dealer.
