Audi India unveils the 'Audi Drive Sure' program for its customers to promote safe driving

Audi India has announced 'Audi Drive Sure', an educational program, in a bid to promote advanced technical expertise and safety awareness. Road safety is becoming a growing concern in India and Audi has taken a responsible step towards educating its customers and equipping them with confidence. It is targeted towards young drivers and professional chauffeurs.

The program will have a dual curriculum that will train the respective cohort in different disciplines and will happen at the Audi workshop. The demos will be provided within the workshop using Audi’s cars. For instance, young drivers will be taught performance-oriented driving across multiple terrains and in various situations. Whereas chauffeurs will be groomed in professional conduct, safe driving behaviours and technology in Audi's vehicles. This will ensure a smooth stress-free experience for owners. Audi aims to create a generation of drivers that cherish the performance and tech on their vehicle and are respectful towards road safety as well.

The program makes a lot of sense since Audi has sold over one lakh cars in India and every fourth car sold in India is to a repeat customer. The goal with this initiative is to revitalise customer loyalty to the brand. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, says, 'The program is addressing a critical gap in the mobility landscape in terms of safety. It is a commitment to societal progress. Since the owners will end up being the brand ambassadors of safe driving for Audi.'

The program is currently available for existing Audi owners using the chauffeur service, and they plan to make it available for potential buyers in the future. The program is already live across dealerships in the country.
