Hyundai’s ‘Click to buy’, the brand’s end-to-end online car buying platform has received massive response in India
It’s been just over a month that Hyundai India launched the ‘Click To Buy’ initiative, allowing customers complete freedom towards the entire car-buying experience from the comfort of their own home. And today, the brand has announced it has received 1.5 million visitors on the platform, with over 20,000 registrations, an equal number of enquiries, and over 1900 online vehicle bookings!
Via the Click To Buy programme, customers can get everything from a dedicated sales advisor to the online test drive bookings of sanitised cars from the entire Hyundai India lineup, and online promotions. Further, Hyundai partnered with HDFC and ICICI, to facilitate application of loans online from over 600 dealerships, without the need to visit a bank branch for approval, all via the Click To Buy platform.
And once the car has been purchased customers can also get an estimated time of delivery, as well as getting fully sanitised cars delivered to their residences. Hence, the overwhelming response was a given, as Hyundai was able to combine the efficiency of a computerised service with the human element of customised solutions and convenience.
