Terms and Conditions: Audi e-tron X Leela Goa contest
We recently took the Audi e-tron luxury EV on a road trip from Pune to Goa to bring in the new year and also to find out whether an electric car can be your holiday wheels. To celebrate the success of our effort, we’re giving away a 2 Night / 3 Day stay for two at The Leela in Goa to one lucky winner.
To enter this contest, do the following:
1. Answer the question asked in the video by leaving a comment in the comments section of that video.
2. Follow the official evo India and The Leela Goa social handles (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)
Prizes:
Winners will be announced by evo India on February 13, 2022. We will give away a 2 Night / 3 Day (includes taxes and breakfast) stay for two at The Leela Goa. One winner will be selected. The selection process is as follows: all the eligible entries will be put through a randomizer from which we will get one winner.
Important points:
The contest will be held from January 30, 2022 till February 13, 2022. Any entries received post the contest period will not be counted.
The winner of the contest can redeem their stay at the Leela Goa post-April 2022.
Only the answers in the comments section of the Audi e-tron video on evo India’s YouTube channel will be eligible for consideration
If no one has given the correct answer, the closest answer will be chosen.
One winner will be chosen from the correct answers at random.
The contest is open for all Indian residents above 18 years of age.
Multiple entries are not allowed.
Submission of comments of any kind on the posts not relevant to the contest will not be considered or replied to. Such comments will be deleted.
The decision of evo India in selecting the best entries (winners) will be final & binding on all participants and no query will be entertained on the same.
Winners must establish contact with evo India within 2 days from the date of announcement of winners. Failure to do so will result in them forfeiting their selection.
evo India reserves the right to withdraw the contest and event and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.
evo India will not be responsible and liable for any/all disputes raised by guests regarding, acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products under the contest.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
evo India has the right to suspend an entry if:
Any image or comment disrespects any individual & his/her sentiments.
Any image or comment that mocks an individual
Anyone comments using any kind of abusive language.
Any misrepresentation which may lead to any false identity of any Individual.
This contest is subject to the applicable rules and regulations mentioned above.
The contest is organised by evo India.
Any entry submitted on or after the conclusion of the Contest Period will not be accepted and no communication in this regard will be entertained by evo India or The Leela Goa.
All entrants must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as mentioned here.
No alternative prizes shall be given to the winners and the prizes will not be converted into cash.
The company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained in that regard by evo India.
