Terms and Conditions: Mahindra Thar Sand 2 Snow Contest
We are on a 24 Hour Sand 2 Snow record run attempt and we’re celebrating that with some special giveaways for you guys, our dear readers and viewers. We are giving away evo India merchandise to three lucky winners.
To enter this contest, do the following:
1. Answer the question by leaving a comment on the contest announcement post on @evoIndia’s and @engage4x4India’s Instagram page
2. Follow the official evo India, Engage 4x4 India and Mahindra Thar Instagram handles.
Prizes:
We are conducting six contests and the winners will be announced by evo India and Engage 4x4 India on April 11, April 14 and April 16 respectively. We will give away evo India merchandise to each winner. Three winners will be selected from each contest. The selection process is as follows: all the eligible entries will be put through a randomizer from which we will get three winners.
Important points:
Six contests will be held on April 9, April 11 and April 14 respectively. Entries for each contest will be open for 48 hours after the post is made. Any entries received post the contest period will not be counted.
Only the answers in the comments section of the contest posts on evo India’s and Engage 4x4 India’s Instagram will be eligible for consideration.
If no one has given the correct answer, the three closest answers will be chosen.
Three winners will be chosen from each post — i.e. three from Contest 1, three from Contest 2, three from Contest 3, three from Contest 4, three from Contest 5 and three from Contest 6.
The contest is open for all Indian residents above 18 years of age.
Multiple entries are not allowed.
Submission of comments of any kind on the posts not relevant to the contest will not be considered or replied to. Such comments will be deleted.
The decision of evo India in selecting the best entries (winners) will be final & binding on all participants and no query will be entertained on the same.
Winners must establish contact with evo India within 2 days from the date of announcement of winners. Failure to do so will result in them forfeiting their selection.
evo India reserves the right to withdraw the contest and event and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.
evo India will not be responsible and liable for any/all disputes raised by guests regarding, acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products under the contest.
Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
evo India has the right to suspend an entry if:
Any image or comment disrespects any individual & his/her sentiments.
Any image or comment that mocks an individual
Anyone comments using any kind of abusive language.
Any misrepresentation which may lead to any false identity of any Individual.
This contest is subject to the applicable rules and regulations mentioned above.
The contest is organised by evo India.
Any entry submitted on or after the conclusion of the Contest Period will not be accepted and no communication in this regard will be entertained by evo India or Mahindra.
All entrants must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as mentioned here.
No alternative prizes shall be given to the winners and the prizes will not be converted into cash.
The company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained in that regard by evo India.
