Used supercar retailer Boys and Machines inaugurates car service facility

Gurugram branch of the Boys and Machines will have a new service facility exclusively for all the servicing and maintenance needs of supercars

The used car market is thriving in India and with that, the used supercar market is booming too. Gurugram based used supercar retailer, Boys and Machines, announced the launch of its own dedicated service centre providing after-sales service to the customers who have bought a used supercar.

The new workshop caters to luxury and sportscars of all kinds under one roof with a servicing facility that can handle up to 20 cars in one day. The facility will offer a range of services from the complete engine, brakes, transmission repairs to customisation like wrapping, custom body kits, paint, and detailing.

Annual subscription available

To ensure brand trust, Boys and Machines will also have an annual subscription on offer where its supercar customers can come to the facility for the routine maintenance, paint jobs, and even customisation of their cars. A door-to-door service and detailing facility is also available for the customers.

Commenting on the launch of the Boys and Machines’ new service facility, founder and Managing Director, Siddharth Chaturvedi said, “When we started Boys and Machines we wanted to create a brand that was more than just a pre-owned car dealership - we wanted to create a service proposition. When you invest in a luxury car, even if it’s pre-owned, you invest in an experience, and the opening of the Workshop is an extension of this philosophy. Spread over 7000 square feet, this facility is designed to meet all the after-sales needs of our customers and give their cars the care they deserve.”

The used supercar market in India is flourishing as it enables enthusiasts to get The Thrill of Driving a supercar at a discounted price. And the retailers like Boys and Machine and Big Boy Toyz can emerge as trusted brands if they take care of after-sales services for the customers who are new to the supercar game.
