BigRock Motorsport becomes the fourth team to join the Ceat Indian Supercross Racing League

BigRock Motorsport has been announced as the fourth franchise team for the upcoming season by the Ceat Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL). The BigRock Motorsport team is led by C S Santosh, a renowned Supercross and rally-raid champion, as well as co-owners N Gautam and Uday Shankar. The Dakar Rally rider is also set to take on the role of team mentor.

CS Santosh expressed his excitement for the collaboration, saying, "Joining the Ceat Indian Supercross Racing League with BigRockMotorsport is an incredible achievement and a true milestone for me. Notably, the racing league's organisers previously stated that the league would have 6-8 teams in its inaugural season. In this regard, BigRock Motorsport is the fourth team to join the league. The other three teams are Panchshil Racing, SG Speed Racers, and Gujarat Trailblazers. More details, such as the rider lineup and the formation of new teams, will be revealed in the coming weeks.

The inaugural season of the Ceat Indian Supercross Racing League will begin in December 2023. The season, which was originally scheduled for October 2023, had to be postponed due to a scheduling conflict with the 2023 ICC Men's Cricket World Cup.

The Ceat Indian Supercross Racing League's first season will feature four racing categories, including 450cc for international riders, 250cc for international riders, a 250cc category with a mix of Indian and Asian riders, and an 85cc junior class.
