Jaguar wins Teams’ World Title while Porsche dominates amongst Manufacturers’ in Formula E

The 12th season of the FIA Formula E World Championship has drawn to a close and it was Jaguar TCS Racing who won in the team’s standings, having claimed their second world championship in three seasons after the recent season finale in London. Here’s a closer look at the Teams and Manufacturers’ standings for the championship.

Formula E Teams’ World title

The Jaguar TCS Racing duo of Mitch Evans and António Félix da Costa secured a combined four wins, ten further podiums and 288 points over the course of the campaign, 17 points more than the closest challengers Porsche to claim the team’s second Teams’ World Title. Mahindra Racing, the sole Indian team on the grid and a founding team of the electric motorsport series, finished third in the Teams’ standings with 252 points

Formula E Manufacturers’ World title

Coming to the Manufacturers’ World title, it is Porsche who led the standings and clinched the title in Formula E with 498 points, while Jaguar TCS Racing was almost a hundred points behind with a score of 400 points in second place. A wider gap existed between second and third place, with Stellantis completing the podium for the Manufacturers’ World title with a score of 292 points in the FIA Formula E World Championship.
