World Ducati Week to be held at Misano World Circuit
The ninth edition of the World Ducati Week is set to roll from 1st to 3rd of July to celebrate the Desmodronic passion. The event is planned at the Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit, where the Ducatisti from around the world join in the 90th anniversary of the epochal Bolognese brand. Moreover, seven Ducatisti from the newly formed Desmo Owners Club (DOC) in Mumbai will be present to rub shoulders with past and present Ducati riders who will be present to celebrate the red passion. The event not only promises a thrilling experience with the roar of thousands of Ducatis, but also the unveiling of a special 90th Anniversary Edition motorcycle honouring this juncture of time.
The WDW is an idyllic place for Ducati aficionados to immerse themselves in the world of Ducati, which apart from lot of fun on the track and paddock, offers thrilling experience off the track as well. This year, Ducati plans to encourage the riders to take part in the special edition DRE Enduro and an off-road test ride of the new Multistrada 1200 Enduro with expert guidance from qualified instructors and pro-riders as well. And while the eyes at the WDW await the unveiling of the special 90th Anniversary Edition Ducati, this 3-day WDW 2016 will also have program features like Ducati Garage Contest, Heritage contest, ‘Closed Room’ preview of a MY 2017 bike, XDiavel Test Ride, Scrambler Test Ride, and Pro Riders’ Race as well.
And to top it all, the Ducati devotees and MotoGP fans will also get a chance to meet the 2016 Ducati MotoGP team riders Andrea Dovizioso and Andrea Iannone as well. And with Ducati’s test rider Michele Pirro and former world champion Casey Stoner presence, this edition of the World Ducati Week, without doubt, will be epic.
