BMW F450 GS Sport launched in India, prices start from ₹5.90 lakh

BMW Motorrad India has introduced the ‘Sport’ variant of the new BMW F 450 GS in the country and prices for the motorcycle start from ₹5.90 lakh. The Sport will be the fourth variant to be a part of the BMW F 450 GS model line-up, sitting beside the Base, the Exclusive and the GS Trophy.
The Sport variant of the F 450 GS offers exclusive Racing Red paintwork to make it stand out visually, while mechanical tweaks include the Sport suspension package, and the addition of Gearshift Assistant Pro and Riding Modes Pro to the equipment list. The motorcycle also offers off-road footrests, a clear Rallye windscreen, black hand protectors and plastic engine guard to add to the GS’ character.
The F 450 GS is powered by an in-line twin producing 47bhp of power and 43Nm of torque and in terms of the pricing, it sits below the top-spec GS Trophy variant, at a price tag of ₹5.90 lakh. In comparison, the Base variant is priced at ₹5.35 lakh, the Exclusive is priced at ₹5.55 lakh and the top-spec GS Trophy variant is priced at ₹6.15 lakh.
