Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec launched, prices start from Rs 69,500
Hero MotoCorp has launched the updated Pleasure+ 110 and the Pleasure+ 110 Xtec. This news comes after the launch of the Xpulse 200 4V which had been teased on social media for quite some time. While the Hero Pleasure+110 Xtec remains unchanged mechanically, there are some new additions to the equipment list over the standard Pleasure.
Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec Design
The Hero Pleasure 110+ Xtec retains the design of the standard Pleasure, but it gets a new Jubiliant Yellow colour, which looks a lot like the yellow colour of the original Pleasure from back in 2005 (remember that ad with Priyanka Chopra “why should boys have all the fun?”) There’s also plenty of chrome on offer, carried over from the Platinum Edition, with bits such as the handlebar ends, rear view mirrors and the rear grab rail all finished in chrome. Additionally, the seats receive dual-tone treatment as well.
Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec Powertrain
The Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec remains unchanged in this regard, which means it continues to be powered by the same 110cc engine producing 8bhp at 7000Nm and 8.7Nm of torque at 5500rpm.
Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec Equipment
This is where the Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec starts talking, because it receives a host of new equipment over the standard Pleasure and the rest of the competition as well. For starters, you get the projector LED headlamp up front, along with a semi-digital instrument cluster. There’s bluetooth connectivity on offer, which will display call and SMS alerts along with phone battery status on the semi-digital instrument cluster.
Additionally, you also get Hero’s i3S start-stop system and side-stand engine cutoff as well.
Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec prices and variant
The Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec goes up against the Honda Activa 6G, TVS Jupiter, and the TVS Scooty Zest 110. Prices for the Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec start from Rs 69,500. Meanwhile the standard Pleasure is also on sale, and it actually undercuts the competition by quite a fair bit. Prices for the standard Hero Pleasure+ 110 start from Rs 61,900 for the base variant, while the VX variant priced at Rs 64,200, and the top-end Platinum variant costing Rs 66,400. Would you buy the Hero Pleasure+ 110 Xtec, or would you shell out an extra Rs 3950 and get a Maestro Edge 125 instead?
