Honda ADV 160 and Rebel 300 launched in India

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has announced the pricing for the ADV160 scooter and the Rebel 300 motorcycle. These are the first products to launch from its 10-model portfolio that was unveiled last month. Both models are now available to book now, with deliveries beginning in mid-October 2026.

Honda ADV160

The ADV160 is Honda’s first flex-fuel scooter in India, capable of running on ethanol blends from E0 to E85. It is powered by a 156.93cc liquid-cooled engine making 15.8bhp and 14.7Nm. It sports a TFT instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, traction control, disc brakes at the front and rear with single-channel ABS, and 27litres of under-seat storage. The ADV160 adventure scooter is priced at ₹1,70,000 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). It goes up against the Hero Xoom 160 and Yamaha Aerox 155 and the TVS Ntorq 150; notably, it is priced higher than its rivals.

Honda Rebel 300

The Rebel 300 is Honda’s entry into the lifestyle cruiser segment in India. The Rebel 300 is powered by a 286cc liquidcooled machine making 27bhp and 26.6Nm. It maintains the low-slung bobber stance and a blacked-out aesthetic in line with Honda's global Rebel lineup. It is manufactured in India and available in two variants: Standard and E-Clutch. The E-Clutch variant features Honda's automated clutch system that allows clutchless gear shifts without switching to a full automatic, a feature the brand has been rolling out globally. Both variants get an LED projector headlamp, TFT with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation, and disc brakes front and rear with dual-channel ABS. The standard variant is priced at ₹2,22,000, with the E-Clutch variant at ₹2,62,000 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The Rebel 300 primarily goes up against the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350, Jawa 42 Bobber, and Jawa Perak. The standard edition without Honda’s E-Clutch undercuts the entire lineup.

A booking amount of INR 5,000 is applicable for both models, and customer can book their vehicles through the HMSI website here or at authorised dealerships. The ADV 160 is available at Honda’s RedWing and BigWing outlets, while the Rebel 300 is exclusively available through Honda’s BigWing outlets.
