Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts bookings announced
First revealed at EICMA 2025, this motorcycle is limited to 100 individually numbered units globally and will be priced at ₹5,75,000 ex-showroom.

Royal Enfield has started registration for a limited Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 created in collaboration with custom builder Rough Crafts. There will be a total of 100 units of the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts available globally, with 25 units allocated each to India, Europe, North America and APAC regions. To be eligible to be able to buy the custom bike, you need to register on what Royal Enfield is calling the ‘Dropzone’ on the RE App between now and July 30. Sales for the India allotment will go live on July 30. Here’s what makes the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts drop special.
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts design
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts draws inspiration from the custom bike “Calibre Royale”. It carries the signature black and gold colour scheme associated with Rough Crafts. The bike features a Gloss Black and Matte Black paint finish paired with Gold-Leaf stripe and subtle grey accents. Unlike the standard Shotgun 650, it features a cast brass badge, black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, and contrast-cut alloy rims. The tank will also be numbered to showcase the limited nature of the bike.
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts engine and performance and chassis
It features the same 648cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine as the standard Shotgun 650, making 46bhp and 52.3Nm of torque and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts also shares the same chassis as the standard Shotgun 650 and is based on a steel tubular spine frame, with Showa shocks on both ends. The bike sports a wheelbase of 1465mm and ground clearance of 140mm. The front end sports a 320mm disc, and the rear has a 300mm disc, both chomped on to by twin-piston callipers.
Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts pricing and availability
With just 100 individually numbered units available globally, the bike will be sold in a phased, region-wise manner with 25 units available to each region. To be eligible to participate on the day of sale, users will have to register for their dropzone in advance via the RE app between 15 and 30 July 2026. The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 X Rough Crafts is priced at ₹ 5,75,000 (ex-showroom).
