VinFast signs Letters of Intent with 50+ e-motorcycle dealers across India
VinFast will establish more than 50 e-motorcycle showrooms across 34 cities and 15 states and territories.

VinFast has signed Letters of Intent (LOIs) with more than 50 e-motorcycle dealer partners in India, marking the beginning of its dedicated distribution network for electric two-wheelers in the country. The new network will span 34 cities across 15 states and territories.
The dealership network will cover major markets across the country, like Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, along with many more. VinFast says these regions were selected for their large two-wheeler markets and potential for electric mobility.
The LOIs were signed at VinFast's manufacturing complex in Hai Phong, Vietnam, during a visit by the Indian dealership partners. The dealers were given an opportunity to see VinFast's manufacturing operations and production standards, as well as experience the company's electric two-wheelers in Vietnam. VinFast is also working on charging infrastructure and after-sales services alongside its dealership expansion. The company says these efforts are intended to provide customers with support throughout the ownership experience.
As of writing, VinFast is likely to launch three scooters in India. First is the Evo which is powered by two 2.4kWh battery packs that power a hub-mounted motor which is rated at 3bhp of peak power. It has a fairly light kerb weight of 110kg and a claimed top speed of 70kmph.
Next up are the Feliz and Viper, both of which sit on 14-inch wheels and are powered by hub-driven motors. The Feliz has a 3kWh battery pack, while the Viper gets a larger 4.8kWh battery pack. The Feliz gets a motor rated at 3.75bhp of peak power, whereas the Viper gets one which is rated at 4bhp.
The VinFast Evo is the more practical of the lot thanks to its 35-litre underseat storage, compared to the 10-litre offering on the other two.
