The 2024 Audi Q7 gets sharp new styling alongside customisable DRLs, new wheel designs, and colour options

Audi has updated its old, reliable Q7 with new technology, a significant facelift, and new trim options. The signature octagonal grille now gets vertical slat inlays. Flanking the grille are new redesigned HD Matrix LED headlamps which get a laser high beam that activates at 70kmph, and DRLs with customisable light signatures. The taillamps are OLED units and also feature customisable signatures which can be changed using the MMI infotainment system.

2024 Audi Q7 powertrain

The mechanicals of the Audi Q7 remain untouched for 2024. The range starts with 45 TDI quattro, which carries a 3.0-litre diesel V6 putting out 227bhp power and 500Nm torque. Topping the range is the SQ7 TFSI powered by a 4.0-litre turbocharged V8 putting out 500bhp power and 770Nm torque. The SQ7 also gets subtle styling updates including a redesigned chin spoiler. All engines in the 2024 Audi Q7 employ a mild hybrid system and an eight-speed tiptronic transmission.

2024 Audi Q7 aesthetics

Aesthetic updates to the Q7 include five new alloy wheel designs from 20-inch to 22-inch rims. Wheels measuring 21 inches and higher also get metallic black, gloss black, and matte grey inlay options or can be diamond-cut as well. Three new paint options are available – Sakhir Gold, Ascari Blue, and Chili Red. The interior gets nine new trim inlays including natural elm burl, silver, matte carbon twill, and matte brushed aluminium with linear embossing.

2024 Audi Q7 price

The 2024 Audi Q7 has not been launched in India yet, but prices have been announced. The new Q7 starts at Rs 71.4 lakh and goes up to Rs 1.01 crore for the SQ7, excluding Indian taxes and duties. The current Audi Q7 costs Rs 86.92 lakh ex-showroom. With its facelift and technical updates, the 2024 Audi Q7 could see a price increase when it launches in India.
