MG India has launched their MG M9 EV via MG Select in India. The M9 EV only comes in a single variant called the ‘Presidential Limousine.’ You can read our in-depth first drive review to know about everything that the 2025 MG M9 EV has to offer. The M9 EV is powered by a 90kWh battery pack that offers a claimed range of 548km. It comes with a single motor that drives the front wheels and makes 241bhp and 350Nm of torque.
2025 MG M9 EV highlighting features
The M9 EV comes in three paint colours — Metal Black, Concrete Grey (with black roof) and Pearl Lustre White (with black roof). It has a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating and comes with seven airbags and Level 2 ADAS. The MG M9 has a 12.3-inch infotainment display that gets wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The M9 gets plush and feature rich captain seats in the second row and even the third row of seats are fairly comfortable. The M9 will come with a 11kW wall box charger and a 3.3kW portable charger. The first owner of the M9 EV will get a lifetime warranty on the battery pack with a 3 year unlimited kilometeres vehicle warranty.
2025 MG M9 EV price and availability
The MG M9 Presidential Limousine has been launched in India at an introductory price of ₹69.90 lakh (ex-showroom) via MG Select and the bookings are open via the MG Select website or customers can visit their nearest MG Select Experience Centres to book the M9 EV for ₹1 lakh. The deliveries will commence on August 10, 2025. The MG M9 EV will compete with rivals such as Kia Carnival and Toyota Vellfire in the luxury van/limousine segment.
