BMW announces exclusive “100 Jahre Nurburgring” Edition for India, M5 Touring makes its debut
Enthusiasts in India have long waited for the BMW M5 Touring’s launch in India

As the Nurburgring, one of the world’s most recognisable racetracks, celebrates its 100th anniversary, BMW and BMW Motorrad have announced plans to bring the ultra-exclusive “100 Jahre Nurburgring” Editions to India. This will include the BMW M2 Coupe, the M3 Sedan, the M4 Coupe, the M5 Sedan, the BMW M 1000 R, and for the first time in India, the M5 Touring.
This anniversary collection is finished in Nurburgring Green, developed for this specific collection. It will also feature sapphire black metallic with green accents, inspired by the race track in Germany also known as the ‘Green Hell,’ considering the forests that cover it and the challenges it gives to the drivers.
The design will also have a “100 Years” logo and “Nürburgring since 1927” wording, along with a silhouette of the track. The interiors will be finished in black in contrast with white stitching and edition-specific door sills.
For the M 1000 R, the painted fuel tank will feature a Nurburgring silhouette, and the carbon wheels will also have accent stripes in Nurburgring Green. Meanwhile, the seat will also have an embroidered “100.” Pre-orders for the “100 Jahre Nurburgring” Editions are open.
