The Blaupunkt One Studio, situated at Sus Road, Baner, Pune is not only India’s first Blaupunkt flagship outlet, but is also a brand new concept introduced and created by Car Cupid Studio, Pune with affiliation from Blaupunkt, Germany. It is the first time Blaupunkt, a brand which is synonymous with quality car audio solutions has entered the car care segment in India.
The 20-year car accessories dealer, Car Cupid Studio has partnered with this renowned German OEM to make available an extended range of products and services such as Paint Protection Films (PPFs), UV Protection Films, car customisation – interior and exterior as well as detailing – all of this with the brand’s stronghold on its car audio and infotainment portfolio.
This new venture is meant to be a franchise-driven business model, with the initial plan to populate the state of Maharashtra with numerous retail outlets, amidst the long-term plan to make Blaupunkt One Studio a nationally known and accessible point-of-sale (POS). Being a brand-affiliated retail concept, the One Studio is exclusive to Blaupunkt products.
Exterior product range
The newly available product range includes PPFs featuring attributes like high-tensile strength, hydrophobicity and even self-healing which restores the original finish of the PPF under applied heat or sunlight. There’s also a wide variety of coloured PPFs for customers who want to tweak the exterior of their cars. Also on offer is a comprehensive lineup of UV Protection films to protect the occupants from the ill effects of UV radiation and harsh sunlight. Blaupunkt has different UV Protection solutions for the side glass and windshield. Additionally, there’s a range of off-road focussed replacement bumper and underbody protection panels as well as other paraphernalia like custom lights, external storage solutions tailored for popular models like Mahindra Thar, Toyota Fortuner and more.
Interior product range
Blaunpunkt One Studio opens up a world of car interior personalisation and customisation possibilities from custom Toyota Vellfire-like lounge seats and unique door card panels with a choice of carbonfibre or wooden inserts for models like the Innova Crysta and HyCross. The customisation also extends to unique steering wheel options with gloss carbonfibre inserts and contrast stitching, even for luxury car brands like BMW. Customers can even choose from a diverse variety of ambient lighting options for the dashboard, door panels as well as the roof with headliner-embedded star lighting.
