Lamborghini unveils the Urus SE Tettonero Capsule
Unveiled at the Milano Design Week 2026, the Urus SE Tettonero Capsule is Lamborghini doing what it does best, taking excess and turning it into an art form.

The Urus SE Tettonero Capsule is Lamborghini’s boldest take yet on the performance SUV formula blending a plug-in hybrid powertrain with extreme levels of personalisation and unmistakable Italian drama. Limited to just 630 units and unveiled at the Milano Design Week 2026, this Super SUV pushes the envelope with 800CV, over 70 customisation options, and a design that’s as much about statement as it is speed. It also steps into an increasingly competitive space, going head-to-head with rivals like the Ferrari Purosangue, Aston Martin DBX707, Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid and the Bentley Bentayga Speed, each bringing their own take on luxury and performance, but none quite matching Lamborghini’s theatrical approach.
Lamborghini Urus SE Tettonero Capsule Powertrain
At the heart of the Tettonero Capsule sits a familiar yet heavily evolved 4-litre twin-turbo V8, paired with an electric motor and a 25.9kWh battery. The result? A combined output of 789bhp and 950Nm, numbers that firmly keep the Urus at the top of the performance SUV food chain.
Performance is exactly as absurd as you’d expect, 0–100kmph in 3.4 seconds, 0–200kmph in 11.2 seconds and a top speed of 312kmph. But what’s more interesting is how the hybrid system transforms the Urus. It can run as a pure electric AWD SUV for over 60km, or deploy the electric motor as a torque-filling boost to sharpen response. Add to that a new torque splitter and electronically controlled rear differential, and you get something quite unusual, a nearly 2.5-ton SUV that can genuinely feel playful, even, oversteer on demand.
Lamborghini Urus SE Tettonero Capsule Customisation
If the standard Urus wasn’t already a playground for spec nerds, the Tettonero Capsule takes things to another level. Lamborghini claims over 70 possible combinations, making this the most customisable Urus yet. You start with six primary body colours, including new shades like Verde Mercurius and Giallo Tenerife, paired with a signature Nero Shiny upper section that gives the car its Tettonero identity. It also gets multiple exterior liveries in contrasting colours. Six brake calliper finishes. Wheel options that range from 21-inch to 23-inch. Optional “63” door logo, a nod to Lamborghini’s founding year. And if that’s still not enough, the Ad Personam programme lets you spec carbon fibre elements across the exterior, from the splitter to mirror caps, ensuring no two cars need to look alike.
Lamborghini Urus SE Tettonero Capsule Interiors
Step inside, and the theme continues, dark, dramatic, and deeply customisable. The cabin is anchored in Nero Ade, contrasted by a wide palette of accent colours that can be matched to the exterior. Material choices are as premium as you’d expect - Carbon fibre across the dashboard, centre tunnel and door panels, Dinamica leather paired with Corsa-Tex microfiber, Custom embroidery options for seats and headrests. There’s even a special carbon fibre plate marking milestones of Lamborghini’s Ad Personam programme, a subtle reminder that this isn’t just a fast SUV, it’s a curated piece of design.
Lamborghini Urus SE Tettonero Capsule Availability
Limited to just 630 units globally, this isn’t just another Urus. It’s a statement piece, one that blends electrification with outrageous levels of customisation. The Urus SE Tettonero Capsule isn’t just about performance or luxury; it’s Lamborghini signalling how it plans to evolve. Electrification hasn’t dulled the edge; if anything, it’s sharpened it. And in true Lamborghini fashion, they’ve ensured that even in a world of hybrids and efficiency figures, individuality still reigns supreme.
