Maruti Suzuki Arena's new flagship model, the Victoris is the first Maruti Suzuki model with Level 2 ADAS.

Maruti Suzuki has unveiled the Maruti Suzuki Victoris and this mid-size SUV is based on the Suzuki TECT platform. The Victoris is offered with the choice of a mild-hybrid or strong-hybrid powertrain and it also comes with the option of all-wheel-drive. Here’s a closer look at it.

2025 Maruti Suzuki Victoris design and styling

Up front, the Victoris gets LED projector headlamps with DRLs, and as you move to the side you will see that the SUV gets 17-inch alloys wheels, available in either a monotone or a dual-tone finish. You get 10 colour schemes on offer including dual-tone combinations and the rear features a dynamic LED lightbar for the tail lamps.

2025 Maruti Suzuki Victoris interior and features

Step inside and the interior of the Victoris gets a three-layer dashboard with backlit illumination, soft touch materials, stitch detailing and silver finish accents. You get two colour schemes for the interior – a black and light grey interior with silver accents and a black interior with copper accents. The Victoris comes with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch infotainment screen, which comes with built-in navigation, Alexa Auto Voice AI, ability to receive OTA updates, and an integrated app store with over 35 apps. The Victoris gets a head-up display and it comes with an 8-speaker Infinity by Harman sound system with 5.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound. The SUV is also equipped with 64-colour customisable ambient lighting, a PM2.5 air purifier with an AQI display, over 60 connected car features, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, an 8-way powered driver’s seat and a wireless smartphone charger. Also present is a powered tailgate with gesture control.

Coming to the safety kit on offer, this Maruti Suzuki comes with six airbags as standard on all variants and it is the first offering from the carmaker to be offered with ADAS. The Victoris gets a Level 2 ADAS system and it includes functions like automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with curve speed reduction, lane keep assist, high beam assist, a blind spot monitor with lane change alert and rear cross traffic alert. The SUV is also equipped with all-wheel disc brakes, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and it has already received a 5-star crash safety rating from Bharat NCAP, scoring 5 stars in both adult occupant protection as well as child occupant protection.

2025 Maruti Suzuki Victoris engine and transmission

The Victoris is offered with two powertrain options. The mild-hybrid powertrain consists of the 1.5-litre nat-asp K-Series engine that produces 102bhp of power and 135Nm of torque. This engine can be mated to a manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. You also get the option of CNG with this powertrain, and the Victoris comes with a 55-litre underbody CNG tank, which means that boot space is not compromised. The mild-hybrid powertrain of the Victoris can be had with the option of the ALLGRIP all-wheel-drive system with terrain modes, but this is available only with the automatic transmission.

The strong-hybrid powertrain of the Victoris consists of a 1.5-litre petrol engine that makes 91bhp, but Maruti Suzuki hasn’t revealed the combined system output of the hybrid system yet. This powertrain can solely be had with an eCVT.
