The Citroen C3 Aircross variant prices will be announced later, with deliveries beginning on October 15

Citroen India has commenced bookings for the upcoming mid-size SUV, the C3 Aircross. Customers can book the Hyundai Creta rival with a Rs 25,000 booking amount. The introductory price starts at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The C3 Aircross offers versatility with three versions: You, Plus, and Max, available in five- and seven-seat configurations.

Citroen C3 Aircross exteriors

The Citroen C3 Aircross incorporates the Chevron logo into its grille and shares LED daytime running light signatures with the C3 and eC3. It differs from the C3 hatchback, however, with a different bumper design that houses the fog lamps within the air intake. Notably, even the top-spec C3 Aircross comes standard with halogen headlamps. The C3 Aircross has 17-inch alloy wheels and traditional lift-up door handles. The design of the SUV includes a small rear-quarter window that blends seamlessly with the rear windscreen, creating a wraparound effect. In addition, the C3 Aircross has different taillights compared to the C3 hatchback, that are connected by a gloss black panel with the Citroen logo in the centre.

Citroen C3 Aircross interiors and features

The C3 Aircross' interiors include a 10-inch infotainment touchscreen, similar to the one found in the C3. The three-spoke steering wheel and a digital instrument cluster are still present. There is also a large storage cubby beneath the air conditioning vents on the centre console. The C3 Aircross, like its hatchback counterpart, also lacks automatic air conditioning. The C3 Aircross has a cargo capacity of 511 litres when the second row is installed. It also has roof-mounted AC vents for the second and third rows in the 5+2 seater variant, each with its own blower control. Citroen’s two seating configurations for the C3 Aircross: a standard five-seat layout and an extended three-row layout that seats seven passengers make it unique in this segment.

Citroen C3 Aircross powertrain

The Citroen C3 Aircross has only one engine option: a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with 109bhp and 190Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. It is worth noting that no automatic transmission is available.
