Jaguar Land Rover had introduced its online portals in 2016 with ‘findmeacar.in’ for Jaguar and ‘findmeasuv.in’ for Land Rover, whereas the brands’ customers can book their service online at ‘jaguar.in’ or ‘landrover.in’
Jaguar Land Rover, one of the first to introduce the online purchase experience in India, have now expanded these services to include an option for contactless purchase, as well as the ability to book services in the same fashion. Both these options have been added on the brands’ websites jaguar.in and landrover.in.
Starting with the purchase aspect, the brands’ buying platforms, findmeacar.in and findmeasuv.in now get enhanced features and navigation for ease of use. When a customer decides to purchase a new Car, they can choose to opt for a ready delivery vehicle or order one according to their requirement for delivery at a later date, as well as offer their existing vehicle for trade-in and get an estimated value.
Moving now to the services side of things, and Jaguar Land Rover customers can log on to jaguar.in and landrover.in, to book their vehicle for service. The customer will then receive an e-mail from the retailer confirming the appointment, where the contactless vehicle pickup and drop facility can be availed. The customer will be updated about the work in progress via photos and videos on the Electronic Vehicle Health Checkup on their e-mail, and on completion of work an e-invoice will be shared with the customer, where customer can make the payment online as well as opt to receive the car in the same contactless manner.
