Maruti Suzuki is the tenth most trusted brand in India
Indian auto major Maruti Suzuki was ranked tenth in the list of most trusted brands in the country. The study was conducted by TRA Research and the results were published in the Brand Trust Report 2018. The research was conducted in 16 cities, after surveying more than 2400 people.
It is not surprising for a carmaker that has an immense presence in the country, through its wide network of dealerships and service centres. Last month, the Alto reached a milestone of 35 lakh sales in the country and in December 2017, the new Dzire reached a milestone of 1 lakh units within five and half months of its launch. The compact sedan also smashed other records like owning 63 per cent of the market share in the entry-level sedan segment and sales are showing no signs of slowing down.
The ever successful Swift also got a new lease of life in the form of the third generation model which was launched at the Auto Expo this year. It’s just a matter of time before the new Swift starts setting new records for Maruti Suzuki. Factors like aggressive pricing, value for money and frugal running costs give Maruti Suzuki an edge over its rivals. The sales and market share speaks volumes about the trust factor that the Indian consumer has towards a brand like Maruti Suzuki.
