Terms and Conditions: Kiger Virtual Studio Contest

Subscribe to the evo India channel
Personalise your own Kiger and share it with us on evo.editorial@gtopublishing.com (Subject: Kiger Contest) or share it with post it on social media and tagging the official evo India (Instagram: @evoindia, Twitter: @evoindia and Facebook: @evoindia) and Renault India (Instagram: @renaultindia, Twitter: @renaultindia and Facebook: @renaultindia) handles.
Make sure you share a screenshot of both the Kiger you customised, as well as of the evo India YouTube page with the subscribe button visible as confirmation that you have subscribed!

Prizes:
Winners will be selected by evo India. We will give away one full tank of fuel each to 25 winners of the Kiger Virtual Studio Contest.
Important points:
1. The #RenaultKiger contest ends on May 16, 2021 at 23:59
2. The contest is open for all Indian residents above 18 years of age.
3. Multiple entries are not allowed.
4. Submission of comments of any kind on the posts not relevant to the contest will not be considered or replied to. Such comments will be deleted.
5. The winners will be declared by May 18, 2021.
6. The decision of evo India in selecting the best entries (winners) will be final & binding on all participants and no query will be entertained on the same.
7. Winners must establish contact with evo India within 2 days from the date of announcement of winners. Failure to do so will result in them forfeiting their selection.
8. Winners will need to submit a legitimate fuel bill to us, which we will reimburse via UPI transfer to an account of their choice
10. We will not reimburse the amount in cash / cheque / DD / bank transfer
9. The fuel bill needs to be dated between May 18, 2021 and July 31, 2021
10. Only one fuel bill will be accepted per winner
11. The amount that will be reimbursed is equivalent to the amount on the bill. This amount is capped at Rs 4500 for a single fuel bill. Which means, if the bill amounts to Rs 2000, the amount reimbursed will be Rs 2000. If the amount is Rs 4500, the amount reimbursed will be Rs 4500. If the bill amounts to Rs 5000, the amount reimbursed will be Rs 4500.
12. evo India reserves the right to withdraw the contest and event and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.
13. evo India will not be responsible and liable for any/all disputes raised by guests regarding, acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products under the contest.
14. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
15. evo India has the right to suspend an entry if:
· Any image or comment disrespects any individual & his/her sentiments.
· Any image or comment is mocks an individual
· Anyone comments using any kind of abusive language.
· Any misrepresentation which may lead to any false identity of any Individual.
16. This contest is subject to the applicable rules and regulations mentioned above.
17. The contest is organised by evo India in association with Renault India.
18. Any entry submitted on or after the conclusion of Contest Period will not be accepted and no communication in this regard will be entertained by Renault India.
19. All entrants must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as mentioned here.
20. No alternative prizes shall be given to the winners and the prizes will not be converted into cash.
21. The company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained in that regard by evo India.
