International World X lifestyle rally series to make its India debut this year

World X Series Rally, the international lifestyle rally series, is all set to make a splash in India. The ‘lifestyle rally’ is open for 60 participants (maximum), with 30 exotic cars to be driven from Delhi to Rajasthan and back, with the aim to ‘relive the royal era of India’. The rally will be flagged off on October 11 and the convoy will head to Pushkar, Udaipur and Jaipur in Rajasthan.

Participants will be accommodated in Oberoi chain of hotels in Delhi, Pushkar, Udaipur and Jaipur. The final leg will be from Jaipur to Delhi. If you wish to enter, the participation fee for the event is nearly Rs 2 lakh (£2195) which also includes a deposit amount of around Rs 91,000 (£1000) when you sign up. This includes 5-star accommodation for three nights, meals, drinks, decal packs and a pre-event party. Members of Porsche Club and Cannonball Club get a discount of Rs 22,195 (£245) as they need to pay only Rs 1.76 lakh (£1950). World X has just completed its fifth rally in London and will complete its Euro run before heading to our shores in October. The aim of the event is to rope in the luxury car owners to experience a ‘supercar lifestyle rally’.

Conrad Wall, director of World X Enterprises said, “We plan to run the first World X Series rally in India with a maximum of 30 cars, 60 drivers. I’m pleased to say we are almost at the halfway mark now with the bookings and look forward to welcoming the remaining lucky ones on board who sign up and take the remaining places on the start grid.”

Abhimanyu Bansal the Indian partner of World X Enterprises said, “The key to World X Series Rally is their long weekend format. Pertaining to the busy lives of the clients, the brand aims to offer its clients the most incredible experience over a short period of time. In the next 18 months, World X Series Rallies are planned to take place in countries like UK, USA, UAE and Australia.”
