The Fold7 is Samsung’s most powerful and most polished foldable yet. It’s lighter, thinner, and frankly, better to hold than any Fold that came before. Folded, you get a 6.5-inch Dynamic AMOLED cover display, but it’s when you open it that the magic begins — the 8-inch main screen is expansive, immersive and bright enough to possibly be very user friendly in daylight as well. Samsung has gone to town on the internals too. The Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy brings performance gains across CPU, GPU and NPU, and it shows in the responsiveness of all the new AI tools. Speaking of which — features like Generative Edit, Circle to Search, and Gemini Live now feel native to the foldable experience. Multitasking is expected to get easier as well. You can drag and drop AI-generated images from one window to another, split screen results, and compare edits side-by-side like you would on a PC. And then there’s the camera. 200MP. Yes, that’s not a typo. Samsung’s highest resolution camera has now made it to the Fold, bringing with it sharper photos, better night mode, and AI-assisted editing that makes content creation not just easier, but faster. It’s priced from ₹1.74 lakh for the base 12GB + 256GB variant, going up to ₹2.1 lakh for the fully-loaded 16GB + 1TB model.

Now here’s a phone that continues to win hearts with its charm — and this time, it’s got more brains than ever. The Galaxy Z Flip7 gets a redesigned 4.1-inch FlexWindow that now stretches edge-to-edge, and it’s not just for show. You can now run Gemini Live right on the cover screen, check ride ETAs, edit widgets, get trip reminders and a whole lot more. It still folds down into a neat little square that fits comfortably in your palm or pocket, but when opened, reveals a massive 6.9-inch AMOLED 2X display. Inside is the Exynos 2500, paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, and a larger 4,300mAh battery, which finally gives this Flip some serious legs for all-day use. The Flip7 also gets a proper camera upgrade — 50MP wide + 12MP ultra-wide on the back, with real-time filters and dual preview right from the cover screen. There’s now Samsung DeX support too, turning the Flip into a mini PC when connected to an external display. The base model starts at ₹1.09 lakh with the 512GB variant coming in at ₹1.21 lakh. For those curious about foldables but not ready to go all in, Samsung’s got a softer landing. The Z Flip7 FE shares the same folding DNA, with a 6.7-inch main display, a 50MP camera and AI features like Now Brief and Flex Mode, all baked in. It skips some of the frills but delivers the experience — at a lower price point. The Flip7 FE starts at ₹89,999 for the 8GB + 128GB version and goes up to ₹95,999 for 256GB. Pre-orders are open now, and Samsung is offering benefits worth up to ₹12,000 across models, along with storage upgrades — pre-book a 256GB device, and you’ll get the 512GB one instead. General sales begin July 25.
