Dubbed as the ‘Ultimate Racetrack Machine”, the Panigale V4 SP2 combines the extra raciness of the Sport Performance lineup with the newest Panigale V4 S.

While it retains the same silhouette and design as the standard Panigale V4, the Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 gets a new Winter Test livery which combines shades of Matt Black and Matt Carbon along with bright red accents. The fairing is dominated by shades of Matt Black, while the rims and wings are finished in Matt Carbon. Further, the wings also sport the Italian flag, while the tank is finished in brushed aluminium. The V4 SP2 also gets Rizoma footpegs finished in anodized aluminium with carbonfibre heel guards. The lower part of the fairing is finished in a bright red accent and it sports the Ducati Corse logo. Also visible on the steering head is the production number of the motorcycle.

While the Ducati Panigale V4 SP2 retains the same 1103cc powertrain from the standard Panigale V4, there are other mechanical changes that have taken place to make it worthy of the SP badging. The Panigale V4 SP2 now receives a higher spec Brembo Stylema R radially-mounted four-piston calipers on 320mm semi-floating twin discs at the front, and a dual-piston caliper mounted on a 245mm disc. There’s also an MCS self-bleeding radial master cylinder with three settings to customize the braking setup. The aluminium frame hangs off of Ohlins Smart EC2.0 electronic suspension on both ends — 43mm Ohlins NPX25/30 fully-adjustable forks with compression and rebound adjustability at the front, and an Ohlins TTX36 monoshock with compression and rebound adjustability at the rear. The 17-inch five-split spoke carbonfibre wheels are shod on Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tyres on both ends. Kerb weight stands at 194.5kg, while the seat height measures 850mm.

Given the fact that the 2022 Panigale V4 and V4 S are yet to arrive in India, it doesn’t seem likely that the Panigale V4 SP will reach Indian shores anytime soon.
