Lexus Nature Electrified Contest: Terms and conditions
To enter evo India’s Lexus Nature Electrified contest, participants will have to do the following:
1. Stay tuned to @evoindia and @LexusIndia for the contest going live on April 25
2. Download the files for the Lexus Nature Electrified contest.
3. Design a livery for the Lexus NX using either the .max file or the images in the .pdf. The design for the car livery needs to entail the key element of nature, electrified, and craftsmanship which together forms the theme of Nature Electrified
4. Submit the designs in pdf / jpg / png format to natureelectrifiedcontest@gtopublishing.com before 31st May.
Prizes:
1) Your design comes to life on an actual Lexus NX 350h, which will be unveiled across all social media platforms
2) An exclusive expenses paid invite to the next Lexus Life Experiential Brand Event, where you get to witness the Lexus Life program that is specially crafted for Lexus guests. You also get access to the Lexus India portfolio and experience the fine craftsmanship that Lexus cars are all about. Experience the spirit of Omotenashi first hand and get to know the brand in the best way possible.
3) Joint conversation between Lexus India, evo India & Winning Designer on the crafting of the winning design with media coverage
Important points:
1. The Lexus Nature Electrified – Livery contest starts on 25th April ends on 31st May at 11PM.
2. The contest is open for all Indian residents above 18 years of age. Students are also encouraged to participate.
3. Multiple entries are not allowed.
4. Contest winners will be announced on Nature Conservation Day which is on 7th June 2023 at 11 AM
5. Submission of comments of any kind on the posts not relevant to the contest will not be considered or replied to. Such comments will be deleted.
6. The decision of the jury between Lexus India & evo India in the winners will be final & binding on all participants and no query will be entertained on the same.
7. Winners must establish contact with evo India within 7 days from the date of announcement of winners. Failure to do so will result in them forfeiting their selection.
8. Lexus India & evo India reserves the right to withdraw the contest and event and/or change, amend, extend, withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.
9. Lexus India & evo India will not be responsible and liable for any/all disputes raised by guests regarding, acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance or quality of the services /products under the contest.
10. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
11. Lexus India & evo India has the right to suspend an entry if:
• Any image or comment disrespects any individual & his/her sentiments.
• Any image or comment is mocks an individual
• Anyone comments using any kind of abusive language.
• Any misrepresentation which may lead to any false identity of any Individual.
12. This contest is subject to the applicable rules and regulations mentioned above.
13. The contest is a joint collaboration between Lexus India and evo India
14. Any entry submitted on or after the conclusion of Contest Period will not be accepted and no communication in this regard will be entertained by Lexus India & evo India
15. All entrants must agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as mentioned here.
16. No alternative prizes shall be given to the winners and the prizes will not be converted into cash.
17. The company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained in that regard by Lexus India & evo India.
18. Lexus India & evo India does not encourage & is not responsible for the misuse of any content or images.
