Suzuki India has announced the price of their first electric scooter, the e-Access, and it is priced at ₹1.88 lakh. The Japanese brand has also introduced a new dual-tone paint option called ‘Metallic Mat Stellar Blue / Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray’ – in addition to the existing dual-tone paint options. Suzuki e-Access powertrain
The E-Access draws power from a 3.07kWh LFP battery, which is claimed to have a longer lifespan of up to four times more than NMC batteries. The e-Access churns out a max power output of 4.59bhp and 15Nm of torque, and a range of 95km. It gets three riding modes — Eco, Ride A and Ride B along with a reverse mode and a regen function. Suzuki e-Access design
The silhouette of the e-Access remains faithful to its ICE counterpart, but it gets a slew of distinct visual elements such as a sharper headlight unit, followed by a vertically oriented DRL strip housed on a contrasting black panel. The lower half of the front apron gets a pair of indicators in a smoked black finish. The tail of the e-scooter with an all-LED array making up the tail light and the rear indicators. It also comes equipped with a set of 12-inch dual-tone wheels which look rather smart. Suzuki offers it in four dual-tone paint options —Metallic Mat Black No.2 / Metallic Mat Bordeaux Red, Pearl Grace White / Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray, Pearl Jade Green / Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray and Metallic Mat Stellar Blue / Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray.

At ₹1.88 lakh (ex-showroom), this electric scooter commands a premium of about ₹93,081 over the top-spec Access (ICE) Ride Connect TFT Edition. Bookings for the e-Access electric scooter are now open and it will face competition from the likes of Ola S1 Pro+ which is priced at ₹1.55 lakh and the Bajaj Chetak 3501 which is priced at ₹1.22 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom).
