Update: 2025-10-17 08:31 GMT
It is 12 years of evo India and we are celebrating with a symphony of V12s. Headlining the V12 special are the V12s of the Bren Garage – the Aston Martin DBS, Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, Murcielago, Ferrari 812 Competizione, Purosangue and Maybach S 680. We then head into a V12 comparo pitching the sonorous naturally-aspirated Ferrari 12Cilindri against the hybrid V12 Lamborghini Revuelto and the twin-turbo
Aston Martin Vanquish
. Also in this issue, Rolls-Royce pays its own tribute to the V12 with the timeless Ghost Series II and contrasts it with the future-forward Spectre – an EV that embodies the same silence, torque, and seamless grace that made the V12 legendary.

The celebration of luxury continues with the Mercedes-Maybach S 680 V12 and the all-electric EQS 680, both in their Night Series avatars – symbolising the brand’s bridge between the past and the future. We also feature an exquisite Jaguar E-Type Series 3 V12 that continues to roam the streets of Mumbai, reminding us of the time Jaguar made a car Enzo Ferrari hailed as the most beautiful car ever made.

Off the tarmac, editor Sirish heads to Graz, Austria, for the Mercedes-Benz G-Class Experience to put a series of G-Wagens through their paces on different tracks including the Iron Schöckl. Back home, we line up all the generations of the Audi Q7 to trace the evolution of Bollywood, and cricket’s, favorite SUV. We also introduce the made-in-India Range Rover Sport to its decade-old predecessor to chart the SUV’s evolution.

Also in this issue we drive the all-electric Skoda Elroq RS, test the updated Mahindra Thar, and dive into the return of an icon – the Ferrari Testarossa – now reimagined as a plug-in hybrid supercar. On two wheelers, we ride the Ultraviolette X47, Aprilia SR 175 hp-e, TVS Orbiter, and the refreshed Yezdi Roadster.
