BMW India has just announced that it will offer special services for doctors that own its vehicles. The cars or bikes can come from any of the BMW brands, i.e. BMW Motorrad, BMW and Mini. BMW announced that the service will be rolled out across dealerships throughout the country, adding that any doctor, hospital or clinics registered with the Indian Medical Association can go online and register themselves on the companies website to avail this service.

BMW will offer complimentary oil change services at its dealership for the doctors who have registered online

Arlindo Teixeira, acting President, BMW Group India, said, “Earlier this month, BMW Group India pledged its contribution to fight Covid-19 through its various CSR initiatives and by providing critical care equipment and services for medical facilities in Delhi NCR and Chennai. Doctors have been tirelessly working every day to ensure public health and safety. Complimentary engine oil service is a small gesture of appreciation from us and our dealer partners, for the selfless service of our patrons from the medical fraternity. It’s a joy for us and our dealer partners to take care of their BMW, MINI cars and BMW Motorrad bikes during this unprecedented times.”

BMW will offer complimentary oil change services at its dealership for the doctors who have registered. For vehicles that require oil change, the service can be availed for a period of 90 days after the lockdown has been lifted. The cars with BMW or Mini service packages will be offering free sanitisation as well.

Additionally, BMW has been quite active in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. It has set up isolation wards as well as distributed rations to those people in need. BMW has also taken some of his essential offerings, such as retail and service, online. Whether it is shopping for a brand-new car or booking service appointments; all of this can be done via BMW’s contactless initiative called BMW At Home.
