2026 Bentley Continental GT S and GT Convertible S unveiled!
Fastest Continental GT S ever to be produced, outperforming the previous generations and the W12 engine;
Bentley Continental GT S
Bentley has unveiled the new Continental GT S and Continental GT Convertible S, adding to their grand-tourer Continental lineup. Inspired by the limited-run Supersports, the new S variants combine bolder styling with increased performance and chassis hardware previously reserved only for the Continental GT Speed.
Bentley Continental GT S gets new hybrid powertrain
Power comes from Bentley’s High Performance Hybrid system, which pairs a 4.0-litre V8 with an electric motor to produce 670bhp and 930 Nm. That makes these the most powerful Continental models to wear the S badge, with performance to match, the 0-100kmph takes just 3.5 seconds and top speed is rated at 305kmph. A standard sports exhaust ensures the V8’s character isn’t lost in the move to hybridisation. The hybrid setup also allows up to 80 km of electric-only driving range.
Bentley Continental GT S gets performance active chassis
For the first time, the S models get Bentley’s Performance Active Chassis, bringing all-wheel steering, torque vectoring (front to rear and across the axles), the 48V Bentley Dynamic Ride active anti-roll system and an electronic limited-slip differential. The setup promises a wider spread of ability, from relaxed long-distance cruising to greater adjustability and involvement when driven hard.
Bentley Continental GT S styling and interior
Visually, the Continental GT S leans into a darker, more aggressive look through the Blackline specification, precision design LED headlamps and 22-inch swept-spoke alloy wheels. Inside, a unique two-tone upholstery layout with Dinamica inserts on key touchpoints and piano black veneer give the cabin a sportier edge without diluting Bentley’s sense of luxury.
Sitting between the comfort-focused Azure models and the performance-led GT Speed, the new S variants carve out a distinct niche in the range. With sharper dynamics and a stronger focus on driver engagement, Bentley Motors adds a compelling new dimension to the Continental GT line-up.
