Ola Electric will offer the Ola Scooter with 10 colour options

Other than colour options, Ola Electric has announced that customers will get priority for home delivery if they make a reservation online for the Ola Scooter

Ola Electric today revealed the colour palette for the much-awaited Ola Scooter via a video published on its social media handle. Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman of Ola Electric, tweeted a video showcasing the upcoming Ola Scooter in different shades, calling it “a revolution in 10 colours.” Ola Electric also mentioned that it will prioritise delivering the electric Scooter to those who have made reservations online ahead of its launch.

Widest range of colours available

The Ola Scooter will have 10 colours on offer. While the exact name of the colours are not revealed, Ola Electric said the customers can choose from matte and gloss finishes in blue, black, red, pink, yellow, white and silver.

Ola Scooter at your doorstep!

On July 15, Ola Electric opened reservations for the Ola Scooter. In that announcement, Ola Electric said that the Ola Scooter will be delivered directly to the customers’ doorstep. The fact that the Ola Scooter will be delivered directly to the customers’ doorstep hints that the manufacturer might ditch the traditional dealership selling model. It will be interesting to see how Ola Electric tackles the situation of after-sales and servicing.

The exact date for the launch of the Ola Scooter is still not confirmed but Ola Electric has been creating lots of hype in the build-up to its first electric two-wheeler. With one lakh reservations in just 24 hours, it is safe to assume that people are eagerly waiting for this still unnamed Scooter from Ola. While prices aren’t out yet either, the Ola Electric Scooter will compete against the likes of the Bajaj Chetak Electric, Ather 450X, and the TVS iQube.
