The Lego Technic set is a 1:13 scale replica of Dominic Toretto iconic 1970 Dodge Charger R/T from the franchise. This is the first "Fast & Furious" Lego set.

The Dodge Charger from the Fast and Furious movie franchise has become an iconic character in itself, popping wheelies in every other drag race that Dominic Toretto, the lead character played by Vin Diesel, raced in. Lego has decided to capitalise on the popularity of this movie vehicle by introducing a Lego Technic line of this iconic 1970’s Dodge Charger R/T. This is the first set that has a connection to the movie franchise, and the timing of this launch could not have been more perfect with everyone social distancing and spending time at home, making it a great way to spend some quality time with family and friends, building this 1:13 scale replica of the car.

The Lego Technic line car not just looks cool, but also have some unique moving parts that actually function. The car comes with a replica V8 engine and a couple of bottles of NOS (Nitrous Oxide) to give it that legit street racing look showcased in the first film. Just like the movie, this model car can also pop wheelies with a wheelie bar that has been engineered into the bottom of the car.

The car has a ton of details like when you push the car you can actually see the pistons of the V8 engine move up and down as it turns the belt of the supercharger also in addition to that they have added a small fire extinguisher. This Lego Technic kit has really nailed the entire aesthetic of the car from the movie franchise. Also, Fast and Furious fans will not be disappointed once they start assembling this.
