The Audi Q3 now features a sleeker front grille which is flanked by air curtains that house the main headlights. Audi debuts its micro-LED technology with the all-new Q3. The micro-LED module is laden with 25,600 micro-LEDs for enhanced road illumination. The front DRLs have new LED light signatures. Accentuated haunches above the wheel arches, hark back to the ‘Ur Quattro’ in profile. The rear now features split LED tail lights with a connected light bar, and an illuminated four-rings logo. There's a new rear bumper which has a black trim, with a hexagonal pattern running across the width of the SUV and an integrated diffuser in a contrasting colour. Speaking of colours, the new Q3 gets two new paint options — Sage green and Madeira brown. It gets 20-inch wheels with a new five-arm tripod design wrapped in 235mm wide Continental rubber.

2025 Audi Q3 performance and suspension

The Audi Q3 has four powertrain options, paired with a seven-speed S tronic automatic ’box, standard across the range. It gets a 1.5-litre TFSI engine making 148bhp and 250Nm with mild-hybrid technology; a 2-litre TDI engine making 148bhp and 360Nm; a 2-litre TFSI engine with quattro all-wheel drive, producing 261bhp and 400Nm, whereas the most potent variant — the e-hybrid generating 268bhp and 400Nm. As for suspension, it gets a choice of three types of suspensions — steel spring, sports and a two-valve damper control. It'll be interesting to see which engine and suspension options will make it to India.

2025 Audi Q3 interior

The Audi Q3 follows Audi’s latest interior design language, recently incorporated in the 2025 Audi A6 sedan. There are new cockpit screens with an 11.9-inch instrument cluster and a 12.8-inch infotainment screen. The steering column-mounted stalks have now been replaced with a stack of solid-state buttons, called levers. The left lever handles light and windshield wiper functions; the right lever is a gear selector. The steering wheel has a flat top as well as bottom with a smattering of buttons for various vehicle functions. It gets a cooled 15W wireless charging pad and two USB-C ports at the front as well as two at the rear. It also gets a new ambient lighting pattern on the doors, with large-area illumination, it shows a new dynamic lighting progression for various indications such as unlocking and locking of the doors.

The all-new Q3 is more grown up in terms of features and powertrain options. The design now resembles its sibling, the 2025 Audi A6 which is also new and fresh. It'll be interesting to know what all equipment the India bound Audi compact SUV will get. As of now there's no mention of an Indian-spec Q3. When it does arrive in India, it will have rivals such as Tiguan R-Line, BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA.
