Toyota Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition launched, priced at ₹32.58 lakh

Toyota has launched a new variant of the Innova HyCross called the Exclusive Edition which is based on the top of the line ZX(O) variant. This limited edition model costs ₹1.24 lakh more than the variant and it gets certain cosmetic tweaks while remaining mechanically unchanged. The exterior of the Toyota Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition boasts a ‘Exclusive Edition’ badge and the MPV gets two dual tone colour options– Super White and Pearl White. It also gets multiple black exterior elements which includes the roof, grille, rear garnish, hood emblem, wheel arc moulding, 18-inch alloy wheels and front and rear skid plates. It also gets a garnishing on the front grille, ORVM and rear door chrome lid. Apart from this it gets the standard equipment as available on the ZX(O) variant which include LED headlights and taillights, rear spoiler and a panoramic sunroof.

Toyota Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition interior and features

On the inside, the Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition gets a dual tone interior theme, new air purifier and legroom lamp. Just like the standard model, you continue to get leather seats and soft-touch materials throughout the cabin, a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the HyCross also gets a panoramic sunroof. The features list continues to remain unchanged from the ZX(O) variant and you can spec the HyCross with individual captain seats or a bench seat for the second row. The captain seats also get ottomans and electric adjustment for the second row. The Innova HyCross is also equipped with multi-zone climate control as well as a powered tailgate.

Toyota Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition engine

Powering the Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition is a hybrid powertrain that consists of a 2-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine assisted by an electric motor. The powertain produces a system output of 183bhp and it is mated to a e-CVT transmission. This engine and transmission is only available with the top of the line variants. The remaining variants come with a 2-litre petrol engine that pushes out 173bhp and 209Nm and is mated to a direct shift CVT with sequential shift.

Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition is based on the top of the line ZX(O) variant and it costs ₹1.24 lakh more than the variant it is based on. Bookings for the Toyota Innova HyCross Exclusive Edition are now open, and this special edition will be on sale from May 2025 to July 2025 in limited numbers. It competes with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Invicto, Mahindra XUV700 and Tata Safari.
