Audi updates ‘myAudi connect’ app for customers and fans alike
Audi India has launched an enhanced version of the ‘my Audi Connect’ app for India, bringing all the elements of the brand together in one place, including service bookings, after sales services and products, along with roadside assistance. Audi has been focusing on digitising its brand experience, both in the dealership and outside, and this is a step in that direction.
The app is available to both Audi India customers, as well as potential customers. Current owners can book services, buy after sales products and get access to roadside assistance from the app. You can also purchase merchandise on the app itself. Audi Concierge gives you access to a number of exclusive offers from partner brands, while it also gives you access to the Audi Club – where customers can get invited to private events, and has a newsfeed on the app to share their experiences with their cars. The app can be accessed by people who don’t own an Audi either – prospective customers can log in to the app to scheduled test drives, while fans can look at their favourite cars in Augmented Reality and buy merchandise on there as well.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, said, “At Audi India, we have endeavored to make our existing suite of digital tech more user-friendly and all-encompassing in functionality. Our ‘myAudi Connect’ App first introduced in 2019 was very well received by customers and it gives me great joy to say that the latest development will help us serve our tech savvy customer even better. New features such as in-app custom offers, AR and book a test drive function widen the scope of the app to prospective Audi customers. Digitalization is a journey, not destination and we will continue to upgrade our services for our Customers and fans going forward.”
The app also boasts access to private company events for customers along with geo-tag vehicle locations for the sake of convenience. It also provides a forum for customers to reach out to the company for quick response and redressal. Audi India continues to lead the retail digital space, with extensive use of virtual reality and AR, enabled by large investments into development of this segment.
